Crayola commissions

Quick scuffed colorful sketches, mostly skeb-like or surprise me. They are open every one and a half month on batches of 15 to 20 slots. Please consult the following table to know more.

How to order

For our peace of mind, use the following link to order through VGen, you must accept the terms and conditions of service before continuing.Once you fill out the commission order and send it, you just have to wait for my confirmation and the payment order.Once payment has been made, I will put you on the batch list.Linda’s VGen profile link

crayola Process

Since I ask for creative freedom, I will start with the character that inspires me the most at the moment.I make one or two of these every day, so while the turnaround are very quick, it can take me a couple of weeks depending on my queue.I will show you your finished drawing first, then if everything is ok I’ll proceed to post it on my socials.

Revisions

I ask for full creative freedom, that means, you can not ask for a specific pose or props, i only ask you for your reference and i let the crayons possess me.You can ask for a theme like "birthday" "idol" "slumber party" and I'll chose the pose.This means, there’s not WIPs, so you can’t ask me to change the pose or make any significant modification to the drawing.I may or may not respect your color palette since i play with different colors, brushes and textures in these commissions, so it can vary to the references you have submitted.Small changes or any important element that I forgot will be added/changed, as well as small color fixes, but remember, this is not a full render commission and therefore, it's not as detailed.

Terms of service

I will never send u a physical product, all my works are a digital file.Please note that my crayola style are kinda messy and scuffed, so dont expect a full render piece.My crayola style cant show as many detail as my full render style.I may reject your order if I consider I'm not the right artist to take your commission request.All my drawings includes a simple background.You must credit and link back to me.You cannot redistribute my artwork without credit. There’s no need to tag me, you can @/ me.If you have a specific deadline for your request, tell me ahead of time and I will apply a rush fee. If not stated, please don’t rush me.I reserve some rights to the finished work, such as post on my socials or use it for publicity, prints, artbooks, etc., with its respective watermark and the commission owner user if it’s requested.I may stream your commission, make tutorials with it or include in YouTube videos.I retain all copyright & Moral Rights of my works.You are not allowed to resell or make profit on my work; otherwise you have the rights of your own character/design but not the drawing itself. If you want to make merch out of it, you must buy commercial rightsI own the rights of the rejected drawings as well as any other version that differs to a greater or lesser extent from the final result.You can print in any form only for personal use.You can use it as your pfp on any platform given me credits.Commercial fees are not included.I ask for creative freedom.First dont come first served.

Payment and fees

Refunds

No pressure + creative freedom = better art.Please, if there’s any problem, contact me before asking for a refund. I’ll make anything in my power to sort the things out.If I have completed your order and payment has been sent, you cannot request refunds.I have the right to decline or discontinue a commission at any time. In case this happens, I will refund you 50% of the agreed price of the commission, If you go for a full upfront payment.The 50% of the slot are non refundable as a compensation for the time in which I will be without work since setting a side a slot for you involved selecting and rejecting other clients that would be willing to work with me.You have three days to ask for a full refund.

commercial rights

When you receive profit for the artwork you are commissioning it’s called commercial use.The fee can vary depending on how you are intended to use my artwork.I don’t charge any fee to small VTubers that are willing to use my art on their streaming platforms as schedule art, banners, or being featured on their channels and socials, however i ask my clients to be transparent on how they want to use my art.Please, inform me if you need the following:Promoting material+0.5 x price, commercial use when the artwork is not the product itself
(Ads, cover art for music, art for videos and promoting material for events, flyers or banners)Example: Crayola commission $40 + (0.5 x $40) = $40+ $20 = $60Small reproduction+1x price, commercial use when the artwork is the product itself
(merchandise; charms, prints, books, covers, etc., up to 300 reproductions)Example: Crayola commission $40 + (1 x $40) = $40 + $40 = $80Large reproductions+2x price, commercial use when the artwork is the product itself

Remember that I have creative freedom, but you can ask for some aspects to keep on mind since this will be a product.You can purchase commercial rights from a previous commission, but this price do not include any modifications that would be needed. In this case, I’ll charge you only the fee rate that adjust to your needs and I’ll need your PayPal to send you the payment order.In the country where I’m currently living, PayPal fees for business accounts are pretty high, so the payment order will be send from my personal account. If you feel uncomfortable with it, please purchase commercial rights through VGen when you request your commission.

FAQ

How can I use these commissions?

For personal use, you are allowed to use my art in the following way; given you credit and link back to me:Crop and resize for any social media use.Use for thumbnails or in your streaming plataformsPrint it for yourself in any way.Post my artwork on your socials.Any other personal uses that does not violate my Moral Rights and copyright.You are not allowed to:Color my sketches or linework.Paint over my artwork.Claim it as your art.Remove my signature or watermark.If you want merch using my crayola sketches, please pay for the commercial fee!

Character Sheets

My character sheets normally includes 3 full rendered full bodys: front view, side view and back view, 3 headshots expressions in diferent angles, color palette and details; everything with a certain range of dynamism.However, you can always create a custom Character sheet commission with all the elements u want in your character reference. The ETA for this type of commision is 4-6 weeks once I start working full time in your slot depending on the elements you chose. An aditional fee is added for those who want character design from a description or collage of photos. Commercial Rights are included.

Custom character Sheets

*Custom Character sheets must have at least 1 full body + 2 of the elements listing above. All the poses will be straight looking unless you tell me that you want a dynamic pose. Includes color palette and details.After 4 revisions I will be charging an extra fee.

All prices are in USD ($).All transactions are done via PayPal.Vtuber (art model) can be full paid in upfront or half.Rigged models can be full paid beforehand or it can be splited in up to 4 parts:
first payment of $450 to start the art, second payment of $450 to deliver you the Psd file,

Fees

Commercial FeeWhen you receive profit for the artwork you are commissioning it’s called commercial use, which consists on things like use it as promotional material for Patreon, YouTube videos, streaming platforms, web sites where you can receive donations or when the artwork is the product itself, like merchandise, packages, keychains, prints, shirts, books, covers, etc.This fee depends on the nature of your commission, meanin that it depends on how you will use it:+ 0.25x price, commercial use when the artwork is for streaming platforms
(semi-personal use, small personal brand, vtubers)
Like twitch banners, overlay art, icon, schedule art, etc.Example: Chibi commission $25 + (0.25 x $25) = $25 + $6.25 = $31.25+ 1.5x price, commercial use when the artwork is not the product itself
(promotional material for events, paid ads on internet, illustrations for games, etc.).Example: Chibi commission $25 + (1.5 x $25) = $25 + $37.5 = $62.5+2x price, commercial use when the artwork is the product itself

Of course, I can wait a reasonable time for you to reveal your character or vtuber model in case you don't want them to see it right away,

in addition I retain my right to include the commission in artbooks/portfolio/digital portfolio.Additional changes and extrasAdditional changes will be discussed by the complexity of them, however small changes has a base price of $5 such as color fix or adding small details that don’t affect the pose itself; other changes on the pose or drastically changes on the color/ clothes will have a base price of $10.Extra characters has 50% of the commission price.Backgrounds has a base price of $30 but it depends on complexity .

Prices

If you dont have references of your character and would like me to design it from a description or a collage of photos an additional design fee of $100.00 will be added. For redesigns and significant changes in the concep art of your character an additional design fee of $55.00 will be added.
After 4 revisions I will be charging an extra fee.The payment will be made only through my paypal email, this type of commission includes a guarantee.
Payment can be made full paid beforehand or split if it is just the art.Rigged models can be full paid beforehand or it can be splited in up to 4 parts:

About the model art and extras

All my models comes with the necessary parts to have a wide range of expressions.Keep in mind that you must notify the rigger that you want certain expressions,
since me as an illustrator, can only guarantee that you have the necessary parts to be rigged.Model Art size: arround 3180px x 5300px 163 DPI (4k) Model Art ETA usually takes 2 weeks.My Modeles are heavily layered and detailed, the finished Psd model file ready to rigg can usually have more than 300 layers.Model Art includes Basic expressions like smiling, blush, tears, heart pupils, shining pupils, yandere shadow, basic default hands, wave and more. Please read this list to know what are already included in the model price and what can be added as well:

Adds on/offMy models are completely layered and sometimes some of these layers can be turned off to give a little change to your model. If I work on the design or redesign of the character to a greater or lesser extent, I will make sure those parts will work fine regardless of whether you use these layers or not.It is possible that the rigger will also add an extra charge on these items so make sure you are clear about your needs.

Rigging your model can take 4 up to 8 weeks once the Psd file is delivered and completed.Rigged models commisions includes a wide range of expressions.If you are willing for creative extras or having additional proposals, please consult us and this listing to see what are already included in the model rigg price and all the additional parameters and proposals that can be added too.

You can send the model only to the rigger and you have to notify me who will take care of this to put me in contact with him.You are not allowed to modify the model by drawing on it, adding or removing parts as well as making general changes to it (assets and seasonal fun things are fine!) You can always commission me to make these changes on the model or commission someone else to make you another model from scratch.My vtuber models and character sheets are not a physical object so none of this will be sent to your home address.You have the rights of your own character/design but not the model itself:Think of your model as one more of your streaming instruments, a completely custom one made for you! If you modify the model, you invalidate my guarantee and also violate my moral rights, this is why it is said that you have the rights of your design (an idea or concept) but not of the model (a digital object) beyond the commercial rights that already are included when you purchase one of my models and with which you can monetize making use of it in your streams and clips, order merch using the model as a reference, etc.

cancellation policy

I have the right to decline or discontinue a commission at any time. blacklist

If you fall under my blacklist, you may not ask for commissions, trades, raffles, adoptables, etc.
If you appear on my blacklist you will lost the rights for everything I have made for you and I have the right to sell the works to new buyers.
This almost never happens as long as we work together appropriately and maintain a relationship with mutual respect.You’ll be blacklisted if you:File a chargeback against me on PayPal.
Don’t give me credits or claim my art as yours.
Bully or act aggressively towards me or Segiv.
Harass me or make inappropriate comments.
Cross my boundaries / develop a parasocial relaionship with me.
Share any personal information that u can get throght my PayPal.If you appear on my blacklist:I may file a complaint against you through PayPal from a forced chargeback.
Make a possible beware post.

vtuber model guarantee

I offer a guarantee of my models and any mistakes that I may have made in making it will be corrected as soon as possible at no cost. It is important to me to contact the rigger to make my warranty available as each artist/rigger have different working methods.This guarantee only applies to the layers or parts of the model, and not to the work or experience that the rigger has, since I am completely oblivious to their working methods.In order to have a better result, I like to stay in contact with the rigger while I am drawing the model, as this can allow (depending on the availability of the rigger) the model to have the best possible result since we can consult each other for this.Under no circumstances I will make major changes to a model due to a rigger that you hire once the model has been finalized by me. By this I mean that if while I was making the model you didn't contact or hire a rigger, and you hire someone to do the rigging after I finished, I can't make big changes to the way I drawn the Layers of your model to match the rigger's working method you hired later.In any case, I make my models taking the greatest possible forecasts and I will make the changes that the rigger suggests to make your model move in the best possible way, I will always be willing to do everything in my hands to keep you has happier as possible! I am a commited vtuber mama!I accept a maximum of 3 revisions with the rigger, for more changes an extra charge will be applied since it exceeds my guarantee.If u commissioned a Rigged Model I will work with the rigger (Segiv) from the very start so there will be multiple revisions to the model layers, In this type of commission, you will be given the rigged model for a test where a maximum of 3 revisions are allowed up to 2 weeks after your commission is delivered and finished. Once this time has passed, any change you want to make will come at an extra cost since it exceeds the guarantee.
